We would like to apologize to anyone who has used the contact option. We have actually replied to all of the emails we have recieved only that was the problem. We were hitting reply to the emails, instead we were supposed to manually fill in your email and send you a new message. We were actually just sending ourselves the messages the whole time thinking that the program was sending us copies. Our mistake, we can't go back into the history and respond because most were deleted after we thought we replied. Very sorry for the inconvienances. We did not ignore anyone it was just a learning curve with this new system. Many apologies.
